SCRATCH
Scratch is a programming language. This project through the MIT Media lab is free and can be used online or offline (through the downloadable Scratch app). It is ideally for students aged 8 - 16. Scratch Jr has been created for younger students. Scratch allows children to program interactive media such as stories, games, and animation. |

The programming courses highlighted below are provided by the Australian Computing Academy - an initiative of the University of Sydney. While the ACA programs are free, they require a teacher to register students. Other coding challenges on this page don't need teacher registration.
